Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bag Celentano Italian Style Meatballs * thawed
1 (16 oz.) Jar of our Favorite Salsa (hot or medium)
1 (16 oz.) Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) Can of Chili-Style Kidney Beans, including juice
1 (16 oz.) Can Refried Beans
2 cups Tomato Juice
1 cup Water
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbs Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot Sauce to taste
Sour Cream (optional)
Shredded Cheese (optional)
Sliced Jalapeno Peppers (optional)
Chopped Onions (optional)
Crushed Tortilla Chips (optional)
Directions
- Cut meatballs into quarters and place in large size pot.
- Add rest of ingredients and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Top with optional garnishes.
