Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) bag Celentano Italian Style Meatballs * thawed
1 (16 oz.) Jar of our Favorite Salsa (hot or medium)
1 (16 oz.) Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) Can of Chili-Style Kidney Beans, including juice
1 (16 oz.) Can Refried Beans
2 cups Tomato Juice
1 cup Water
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbs Cumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Hot Sauce to taste
Sour Cream (optional)
Shredded Cheese (optional)
Sliced Jalapeno Peppers (optional)
Chopped Onions (optional)
Crushed Tortilla Chips (optional)
Directions
  1. Cut meatballs into quarters and place in large size pot.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Top with optional garnishes.
